Rule One of low carb holiday survival is to always ensure that there is at least one low carb food alternative present at all celebrations and gatherings. The best way to ensure this is to bring the dish yourself. This can be anything from Low Carb Holiday Brownies to Low Carb Eggnog.

Rule Two is to never attend celebrations hungry if possible. Try to eat a nice sensible low carb meal or snack prior to attending celebrations. This will ensure that you don't go down in high carb flames because you lost control due to being over hungry.

Rule Three is to avoid situations where high carb foods and drinks are prevalent if you can't follow rules one and two.

That's all there is to it folks. Three simple rules and you are home-free. So for those of you who are gifted in the cooking and baking departments, check out My Selection of Low Carb Holiday Dishes and Treats.
